Initial assessment
In clinic or online: mobility checks, simple strength tests and clear goals. We explain what your body is telling you and how we can train safely and effectively.
Step 4
Ongoing follow-up
We check your progress every 8 weeks to keep your plan aligned with how your body responds. Your programme grows with you – not above you.
