Pressotherapy

Improve circulation, reduce swelling and support sports recovery with safe, relaxing and clinically guided pressotherapy sessions.
Pressotherapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses intermittent air compression to stimulate circulation, support lymphatic flow and reduce the feeling of heavy or tired legs. At Weheal, we use it as a complementary tool to enhance comfort, mobility and recovery.

Who can benefit?

Pressotherapy can support circulation, recovery and overall comfort.

Tired or heavy legs
Need for lymphatic drainage support
Sports recovery and muscle soreness reduction
Sedentary lifestyle / long periods of sitting
Mild venous insufficiency (when medically appropriate)
Post-partum swelling (with medical clearance)

How pressotherapy works

Gentle, controlled compression to improve circulation and reduce swelling.
Pressotherapy uses air chambers that inflate and deflate in a rhythmic sequence. This creates a comfortable pressure that:

Promotes venous return
Enhances lymphatic drainage
Reduces leg stiffness
Improves tissue oxygenation
Decreases fluid retention

A typical session lasts 20–30 minutes and provides an immediate sensation of lightness.

What a session looks like

Simple, comfortable and fully adapted to your goals.

Assessment: We define your goals (comfort, swelling reduction, recovery, circulation).
Application: You relax while the system applies gentle, progressive compression.
Complementary advice: Hydration, movement and self-care strategies.
Optional integration: Mobility exercises, sports recovery or manual therapy when relevant.

Why pressotherapy at Weheal is different

We use pressotherapy within a clinical and functional context, never as a standalone cosmetic treatment. Every session is part of a broader plan focused on:

Clear and realistic goals
Movement and functional activity
Personalised progression
Education and reassurance

This makes the results more meaningful and longer lasting.
