A guided process to help you move again, regain some calm and return to what matters to you – even if you’ve been in pain for a long time and feel that nothing really works.

Does this sound like you?
You don’t need to know exactly where your pain is coming from. That’s our job.
What is Reconecta?
Reconecta is Weheal’s flagship programme for people living with long-lasting pain who feel that their life has slowly started to shrink around their symptoms.
It’s not a miracle treatment, a support group or “just another pack of sessions”. It’s a 12-week process with a clear structure and close guidance that combines:
Our goal isn’t to promise that your pain will “disappear”, but to help you regain direction, confidence and movement, so you can go back to doing the things that matter to you with less fear.
A glimpse of Reconecta in real life
Reconecta is not just a concept – it’s real conversations, real movement and a guided process that we build together.

One-to-one conversations in a calm, respectful environment to help you feel heard and understood.

Two hands working on the same puzzle – a metaphor for how we approach long-lasting pain: piece by piece, together.
Who is this programme for?
Reconecta is designed for people who recognise themselves in some of these statements:
You don’t need to be sure where your pain is coming from. You only need to feel that you don’t want to keep going like this, and that you’re willing to commit to a structured process.

How does Reconecta work?
A 12-week process in four main steps.
Phase 1 · Understanding pain to regain control
5 weeks · 1 weekly session of 90 minutes
In this phase we focus on something essential: helping you understand what is going on in your body and nervous system when pain stays for a long time.
We talk about:
Important: these sessions are not group therapy and you don’t have to share your personal story. You’re welcome to ask questions, but you won’t be asked to talk about your case in front of everyone. The focus is on giving you knowledge and tools.
Phase 2 · Varied, tailored therapeutic movement
7 weeks · 2 weekly sessions of 60 minutes
Long-lasting pain often comes with fear of movement, stiffness, loss of strength and a feeling of “I just can’t do it anymore”. This phase is where we work on that.
It’s not about pushing hard at all costs, but about reconnecting with movement in a kind yet consistent way, so that your body and nervous system can gradually regain confidence.
Choose the format that suits you best
In the individual assessment we’ll decide together which option makes the most sense for you right now.
In person
Group programme
Ideal if you like to feel you are not alone, without being asked to share your story in public.

For those who prefer one-to-one work, with more space to personalise the process.

If you can’t travel to the clinic, you can follow the process from home.
Why a 12-week programme?
Reconecta is not a “pack of sessions”. It’s a process designed so that what happens here has an impact out there, in your real life.
What can you expect from the process?
Every person is different and there are no universal guarantees, but we can offer you honest, respectful care based on what we currently know about pain and movement.
First step: the initial questionnaire
Because pain that has been with you for a long time doesn’t usually change overnight. Your nervous system, your body and your habits need time and repetition to learn something new.
Once we receive it:
Two questionnaires, two very different purposes
We use two questionnaires at different moments of the process, and we want to be very clear about why:
Initial questionnaire
A short contact form so we can understand your situation in broad strokes, answer your questions and see whether Reconecta seems like a good fit for you.
Assessment questionnaire
Only once we both agree to start the programme will you receive a more detailed clinical questionnaire. This helps us get a more complete picture of your situation before we meet.
That way, we can use your first assessment session to really listen to you, clarify your story and start shaping your programme together – instead of spending most of the time collecting basic information.
